The winner will win a lease signed with EZ Properties in one of three different units of there choosing (each with a normal rent of around $1100/month). Cable, internet, and utilities are not included. ARV of around $13,200. Lease will begin on August 1, 2014 and run concurrent through July 31, 2015. After the lease expires, the Winner will have the option to resign at a 10% discount off of the regular cost of rent. In the event that the winner cannot sign the lease, no cash option will be provided, and a different winner will be chosen.
