I am looking at making a one "page" website that is responsive and has either floating or hidden menu bar with 1 or two columns.

Restaurant website example 1 page site with scrolling and menu on the same page with top navigation directing you to each topic on the 1 page.

Columns + Side Nav two column grid at full layout, with changing image on left and changing text on right that scrolls. a dropdown menu extends out from the right when you click on it. when you shrink the browser width it changes to one column with the left column fixed at the top and the second with text/details below.

Interactive elements Two columns, Interactive elements like hover transitions/color changes: Good responsive design, shrinks down but proportions still look good and is well organized. Menu changes to a bar dropdown at the smaller size the the photo changes size relative to the browser width. Additionally the home page has smooth hover transitions over elements and buttons, and you dont have to actually click anything to get more info, just hover over the area, which is an interesting idea.

1 page design Vertical 1 page nav with icons to show you what "page" you are on. Interactive elements/text pop up as you scroll through each section.

hidden top nav Hidden Top Navigation that pops down when you press the menu icon

floating menu bar floating menu bar that opens up on the side to save space, but with a fixed position.

interactive scrolling/swiping interactive and responsive horizontal scrolling bottom nav bar pulls up when you swipe your computer pad up or down.
